A thoughtful introduction

Finding support should feel more personal.

Finding the right person to support a loved one can feel overwhelming. IntroAllies makes the search simpler by listening to your requirements and introducing you to independent care professionals whose experience and approach may suit your situation.

01

Start with your needs

Tell us about the support you are looking for, your loved one’s preferences, routines, budget and the skills that matter to you.

02

Explore suitable matches

We source independent, self-employed care professionals from our network whose profiles align with the requirements you share.

03

Choose with confidence

We make the introduction. You decide whether to proceed and, if you do, arrange the working relationship directly with the carer.

How it works

A clear process. A direct relationship.

Our role is to introduce you to independent care professionals. Once you choose a carer, the care arrangement is between you and that professional.

  • Contact us by phone or email to discuss your requirements.
  • We look for independent professionals who match your criteria.
  • We share relevant profiles and arrange an introduction.
  • You decide whether to engage the carer and agree the details directly.
Your role matters: You retain responsibility for choosing the carer and agreeing their day-to-day tasks, schedule and payment directly with them.

“The right introduction starts with listening to what matters most to your family.”

THE INTROALLIES APPROACH
For families

Support that starts with what matters to you.

Every family’s circumstances are different. Share the preferences and requirements that will help you identify a suitable independent professional.

  • The type of support and experience you are seeking.
  • Preferred days, times and location.
  • Personal preferences, communication and compatibility.
  • Your anticipated budget and any essential requirements.
A note on our service

Introductions, not managed care.

IntroAllies is an introductory agency. We do not employ the independent carers introduced through our service, deliver care, supervise carers, create care rotas or direct day-to-day care tasks. Families and carers discuss and agree their own arrangements.

Any introduction is subject to suitability, availability and the information shared during the matching process.

For independent carers

Make your experience visible to families.

IntroAllies welcomes enquiries from self-employed care professionals interested in being considered for introductions to families. Share your experience and the areas where you may be available.

  • Tell us about your experience, skills and preferred locations.
  • Provide information needed for our preliminary review.
  • Discuss any further checks and evidence through an appropriate secure process.
  • If suitable, your profile may be considered for relevant introductions.
Independent status: Registering interest does not make you an IntroAllies employee. Any engagement is agreed directly between you and the family.
